Birch-Maple Tree House 314 & 315

The management company was great a communicating and very responsive. The units were clean and in a great location. Would definitely stay again.

The space was so wonderful and convenient, it was great to be able to walk right upstairs after our performance instead of cramming things into cars and driving hours home through the night. The amenities were nice, the climate and hot water were perfect temperatures, and the cafe on the first floor was a great way to kickstart the day! I'd happily recommend this to anyone in the area.

We went to a show at the Alluvion so this condo was in the perfect location, being in the same building; a fact I appreciated so much as I currently have mobility issues due to a recent broken leg. I had no trouble getting from the parking garage to the condo and then to the venue (on my knee scooter) as there is an elevator to everything. Also plenty of room to get around the condo itself, very accessible. The place was clean and well stocked, although we didn’t use much as we were only in town for an evening. The hosts emailed clear instructions on entry and parking. Will definitely book the condo again if we plan to see any shows at the Alluvion in the future.
